95 South is a legendary hip hop and Miami bass group originating from Jacksonville, Florida. Named after Interstate 95 which runs straight through their home city, the group exploded onto the scene in 1993, bringing infectious energy, heavy basslines, and undeniable Southern flavor to the masses.

Originally formed by Artice "AB" Bartley, Carlos "Daddy Black" Spencer, and Jay "Ski" McGowan, the group's legacy is currently carried on by the dynamic duo of Mike Mike (Michael Phillips) and Daddy Black (Carlos Spencer).

Best known for their multi-platinum, cultural phenomenon "Whoot, There It Is", 95 South helped pioneer the Miami bass and Southern hip hop sound of the 1990s. With anthems that dominated both the Billboard charts and the clubs, the duo has spent over two decades delivering high-octane live performances on stages worldwide.

In recent years, they have elevated their live show by touring with a full four-piece live band, continuing to rock crowds with their classic hits and fresh material.

From chart-topping records and sold-out performances to festivals, corporate events, and live entertainment experiences, 95 South continues to bring the energy that made them one of Hip-Hop's most recognizable groups.
